Welcome to the Maritime Retreat! You will love this peaceful community and the convenience to the water! This 2400 sf house is beautifully furnished with families in mind. This home has been completely renovated and features a wonderful open-concept kitchen that is built for entertaining. The space is open to the living room and dining room keeping everyone together during your stay. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home can accommodate up to 10 guest and features tons of amenities for your enjoyment. These features include a golf practice net (overlooking the lake), outdoor grill, Keurig coffee maker, arcade game, and a super nice dock with boat slip.
The Space:
The main level of this home has a wonderful open concept giving you views from the lake in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed with a large on-suite bathroom. Also on the main level is the second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom found just outside the door. Walk down the stairs to the basement. The level has the third bedroom and a full bathroom. You will also find the laundry room and the arcade games ready for your enjoyment. This is a walk out basement giving it easy access to the lake!

Summary: We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Martime Retreat on lake Tuscaloosa! Tanner was a great host and communicated promptly with any questions we had. The kids loved fishing from the dock and caught some nice bass and catfish. We were also able to rent a pontoon from Redline power sports and pull it right up to the dock at the house. Thanks Tanner for sharing your home with our family! house. house

Summary: The Maritime house was a great retreat for our family during Bama’s parents weekend. We were able to bring our pups to see our daughter which she loved, and we had everything we needed to be able to make some of the home cooked meals she’d been missing. The lake is beautiful and we spent plenty of high quality family time catching up. The arcade game downstairs was a lot of fun! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. Only mild issue was the steep driveway. Our truck was too big to fit in the carport so we had to park in the steep driveway. Lake Tuscaloosa Is definitely a bit of a drive from campus, but if you’re looking for some peace and quiet and quality family time - this place is perfect.
