Negative: Beautiful remote location, although was not clear beforehand that owner was right next door which although no problem, may have decided against if were planning a stay where was at the property more. WiFi was non-existent and would have been a problem if had needed to use laptops etc

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the owner - an extraordinary human being whose kindness and hospitality made us feel not just welcome, but cared for. Their generosity and warmth added a personal touch that’s rare to find. While the cottage is ideal for a family of four, it offers a holiday experience that feels like a once-in-a-lifetime escape. Negative: Note on Directions The only issue we encountered was with the directions provided by Booking.com - they were quite confusing and didn’t lead us to the property. Even with our brand-new car’s navigation system and our iPhones, we couldn’t locate the cottage. The owner kindly drove out to the main road at 11:30pm (quite late) to guide us in. Honestly, Booking.com should hire me to rewrite those directions! Once you arrive, though, it’s absolutely worth the effort.
