Positive: Check in and check out where a breeze, the room was clean and cozy and comfortable. It was a bit more expensive than I usually spend, but given that I was booking it last minute on a really busy holiday weekend, I'm pretty pleased with the price. I had questions about how to do everything and the staff helped walk me through it without making me feel foolish which is a big ask in the world these days and I really appreciate them for that. Didn't try any of the food or bar but they made a point of letting me know where it was and its hours when I checked in.
Negative: On the one hand I don't like that they charge for parking but on the other hand, given the area, I don't know how you could get away without doing that. Honestly don't really have a lot in the way of complaints

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly. The location is fantastic. CTA Blue Line Cumberland Station canbe accessed from the hotel parking lot. Great for access to both downtown and O'Hare.
Negative: Never tried this hotel before because it is unappealing from the outside. Big mistake, much nicer on the inside.
