Summary: What a cute and immaculately clean little stay. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and even had some nice little surprises waiting for our arrival to enjoy during our stay. The view from the enclosed little sunroom was so nice on the mornings and the evenings. Her recommendations for food were also on point.

Summary: I stayed at Marsh Mellow while driving through Cape Hatteras. The beautiful tranquil oasis was just the perfect spot for a rejuvenation I needed for a long journey ahead. The surrounding marshes and the beautiful landscape were breathtaking. Jackie was a great hostess and I had everything I needed for my restoration .

Summary: I’m not even dating right now, but at least I have my honeymoon VRBO picked out. It was incredible. The most magical part of our trip was this VRBO. It is exactly like the pictures and I can’t wait to come back. Jackie was so kind and even let us take a few of her shells home. We loved it!

Summary: The Marsh mellow was everything and more for a couple looking to have a romantic weekend. The entry way garden with exotic plants and flowers were so lovely. I have to say that it has the coziest feel as soon as you walk in. The white couch was our favorite spot at night with candles lit and a glass of wine. Jackie and Dennis were such great host leaving a few special items in the fridge for us to enjoy with our stay. In the mornings with a cup of coffee and the view of an egret in the sound , I will miss that. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Summary: Jackie communicated very well and took the time to make our stay feel like home. The reviews of this property are accurate but surprised not do not fully describe how nice the space is. Very relaxing and much bigger inside than expected.

Summary: Beautiful private space with a great marsh view. Loved watching herons and osprey in the marsh. Great book selections for a rainy day in, and very convenient to beach access, sound access, good local restaurants. Comfortable bed and everything needed to cook simple meals, even cookies and k-cups supplied, which was great for arrival after a busy morning! So nice to have an outside hose available to rinse off sandy feet. Easy parking for our full-size truck and very responsive host. Loved our short stay and looking forward to returning for longer someday!

Summary: This was a beautiful place, especially for seniors—no steps and a lot of throw blankets to keep us warm. The place had a big bedroom with a comfortable bed and the living room was beautiful decorated and with a huge bathroom. Our hostess with above in accommodating us when our grand children came and stayed one night. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to eat in.
