Positive: the house was beautiful and very clean. it had just about everything we needed. it was so close to the beach and the outdoor shower and hoses were amazing so we could clean all of our stuff off. the room right off the living room was perfect for morning coffee and reading.
Negative: it would get super hot upstairs but stay cold downstairs which was tricky because we hung out upstairs a lot. we also were only supplied one roll of paper towels and not much toilet paper so we ran out very fast. we didn’t know this ahead of time so we had to go to the store a couple of times but besides that it was lovely

Positive: Was clean, comfortable and well laid out.
Negative: We did not use the dishwasher as it was very rusted inside and we did not feel comfortable washing our things in that, as well as ended up rewashing anything before use to avoid having to eat anything that might have been previously washed in it. AC broke two days into our trip, was very pleased with how fast they responded to getting window units in to keep us comfortable until the HVAC guy could come the next day, however we requested that if someone was going to come the next day we wanted to be notified so that no one was in the house with all our belongings without someone from our party being there..we never got a call or text but came back to the house to the AC working indicating that someone had been there and in the house so very uncomfortable with that. Otherwise everything else we were very pleased with.
