Summary: It was perfect. Almost. I wanted for nothing but, there to be no mice. Upper cobwebs were thick as well. Aside from that, the views were amazing. If you think you want to swim, you must have swim shoes. There are too many sharp rocks and things in the water to walk in, and the water is too shallow to just jump in off the dock, not is there a lader to get out there. Neighborhood is great, and a short drive to Geneva or pennyan. Kayaks and vests are on site, beach side is manageable for bonfire and that was nice. Nice sucked. Ants, not great, but less bothersome than mouse poop. The owner said they would take care of it, but no discount or partial refund was offered for that mess.

Summary: We had another great stay at Mary's lake house this summer. My kids greatly appreciated the addition of air conditioning for the upper floor. We enjoyed kayaking, campfires on the beach, and spectacular sunrises. It's a great location, on a quiet, private road, and only 10 minutes from Penn Yan. The only negative thing I can say is that it was hard to say goodbye!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked for some family meals. Our stay was during the heat wave and the upstairs was quite warm but the Owner addressed it immediately.

Summary: Our group loved every aspect of Mary’s lake house! Everything we needed had been supplied by the caretakers. We enjoyed kayaking with the three boats left for us, and we loved swimming in the colder but still pleasant waters right off the property (just bring water shoes)! This property is beautiful and cozy, a true gem!

Summary: What a beautiful spot to meet up with family with views of the lake from every room. The house was well maintained and appointed and didn’t find ourselves needing anything. Sitting down by the lake every am drinking my coffee and watching the birds and fish was magical. Definitely would come back. Thanks for a great stay.
