Positive: Breakfast isn't provided. The location is wonderful and is perfect for the needs of a large group or family. It's also quiet. The owners even responded to my request for some blankets as doonas cam get too hot in the summer/autumn months. A very well-equipped kitchen too.

Negative: There is some mold and peeling paint in some of the front bedrooms. There's possibly a water leak somewhere that needs attention.

Positive: Plenty of room for 11 family members to enjoy. Loved the ensuites to each bedroom and the well equipped kitchen was the highlights. Beds were comfortable especially sleeping in quality cotton sheets. Walking distance to Echo Point was a plus too!

Positive: This is a lovely large house. The photos are quite accurate. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, although a little spartan. There were only five of us staying and we had plenty of room. I think any more than 10 people would find the open kitchen dining lounge area crowded. We walked everywhere, a little over one km to the train and the same to Echo Point.

Negative: Wardrobes/drawers in the bedrooms, more hooks in the bathrooms

Summary: Very enjoyable stay, happy to recommend
