Summary: The toilet was not flushing when we got there. When maintenance came, they handed us a hair snake and told us to unclog the toilet ourselves. I’m not a plumber but could tell the toilet needed a plunger. When I called the front desk to tell them what happened, they provided us with a can of wine.

Summary: The hotel was beautiful and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was amazing with a large full-pressure shower head. Location was great, right by the ocean and near the train station and downtown. An added perk was the coffees, teas, flavored creamers, cookies, fruit, and instant oatmeal always available in the lobby.
