There is a deck with a charcoal grill and bean bag toss game. The home is only 5 miles from the Augusta National and 1.5 miles from Jones Creek Golf Course. It is 1 mile from the Savannah River and the historic Augusta canal where there is the opportunity to rent kayaks and bikes and take walks along the beautiful canal road or you can take a cruise down the canal. There are 5 bedrooms/3 full baths. The den has a cathedral ceiling, 2 comfortable recliners, couch and sitting chair with a 42" digital TV w/surround sound and many satellite channels (Golf Channel included). The dining room seats 8 and the breakfast area 6. The kitchen's stainless steel appliances include a dbl door refrigerator/ice maker, oven and microwave oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, glassware and utensils. There is a washer/dryer in the utility room along with an extra refrigerator. The Master bath is huge and has double vanities. The Master bedroom has a king adjustable bed. There is another bedroom on the main floor with a single bed and a bathroom w/shower next to it. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor - one w/a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with a queen and a single bed. The home includes 4 digital TV's. There is also a living room with all new furniture offering another gathering area. It also has a large front porch. Children are welcome! A pack & play and high chair is available if needed.
