Positive: Quiet and peace surounded by nature. It was ashort walk to some good thai restaurant and cafe. room was really clean with very nice balcony to chill and have coffee. Bed was really good too. I slept really well ! Every day they provide mineral water and packages of coffee and creamer. Mr Tee and his staff really care about their guest staying there. Upon arrival mr Tee wait and pickup at the junction give a map of koh kood and brief the island and the mosquitoes time. Really a nice guesture.

Negative: It can be a bit of a distance to walk to the beach. But i have scooter so it was no problem

Positive: Mata house is inside of the forest, quiet and authentic. The fact that is a bit away from the road makes the difference, as you can avoid the busy scooters. The cabin is simple, but with everything you need and very comfortable. Location is good, as you're close to the center and in the middle of the island to drive everywhere. They rent the scooters there too. But for sure, the best part is to have Pla, Mr. T and Cherng as your hosts! They are lovely, super nice and generous! One day they did an authentic barbecue and we had dinner together. The other day we went to have dinner together in a local restaurant. Besides the best tips to hidden beaches and quiet places. I loved to stay here for a week! Thanks for everything!! 🫶🏽

Positive: I stayed at a few places on Koh Kood but this was one of the better ones. The people who run it are genuinely friendly and the cabins are clean and well-appointed. Despite hot weather, my fan-only room was cool and comfortable. It's great value and it's in a great location. I was also pleasantly surprised that the shower had hot water. I also really like that the place is set back from the road, so it feels really secluded.

Negative: No plug socket by the bed. Poor water pressure in the shower. Lots of ants in the bathroom. But great value overall

Positive: Mr. Tee is just amazing, he will help with precious advices for your staying in Koh Kood. It’s not the closest place to the beach, but to visit Koh Kood you will need a motorbike, so the location is actually great.

Negative: The fan was a bit loud, but as soon as you turn it off you start sleeping because visiting the island is very tiring
