Positive: The little cottage is cozy and adorable. The view is magnificent, and it was a great time of year to see the colors change! The hot tub was excellent. Check-in was easy, everything was clean and in good order. TV has an HDMI cord for laptop hookup, and there are some classic DVDs available.
Negative: The kitchen equipment is basic but manageable - however, the small pot does not work with the induction stove, which was frustrating (I thought the stove wasn't working at all for a moment). The bathroom situation is a bit awkward with no doors... The bed is a little firm for my taste. All very manageable inconveniences. I do wish there was a kettle for hot water!

Positive: I really love the view and where it was located. The unusual structure was kind of cool too.
Negative: We had trouble getting in the gate we had trouble getting in our room because we didn't have the codes. There was also a mouse nest in the barbecue, so barbecue was out that was a bit disappointing. We had a hard time figuring out how to make the oven work or should I say stove top work, and the hot water tank was very small quick showers had to do. Hot tub definitely definitely need to good cleaning.

Positive: Hot tub was good view was spectacular close by to the destination we were visiting, quiet, loved the design of the place
Negative: Better marking from the road, minor housekeeping issues (no pillowcases for extra bed, broken garbage can lid) no instructions on how to leave unit on departure ( towels, linens, Murphy bed, dishes)
Summary: Overnight stay after an Oregon Ducks game.

Positive: The view was great, even on the rainy days. The ability to cook with my goddaughter and her friends as opposed to eating out every night was also nice. I'm a college student so having access to Internet away from town was certainly a perk. It was also really nice to be able to wash wet towels and swimsuits before packing them away. Overall, I really liked this place and plan on returning.
Negative: My only suggestion is perhaps a bit bigger of a fridge, for those like me that like to utilize the kitchenette space.

Positive: The hot tub was the main reason that attracted me to this place; so fortunate for me, it worked. The view on the back deck is perfect for looking at nature. The saying is true you get what you pay for.
Negative: The parking or walking situation for the guest at the guest house involves a very steep slope with loose gravel. The bathroom and shower area had no privacy wall but a window making it very easy to pierce into the shower and toilet area. The drive from the airport to this place was 35 minutes, according to my GPS. I do not consider that convenient or close to the airport. While driving out to this unit, we passed sign that says welcome to Springfield.
Summary: Isolation by nature with the opportunity to soak in the hot tub
