Welcome to Casa Mediterraneo 23, a quiet place to relax and enjoy a magnificent holiday and at the same time very close to tourist areas. The house has POOL all year round in the accommodation. It is located 12km from beautiful beaches, 20km from Torrevieja and 40km from Alicante airport. The house has WIFI connection, air conditioning, hair dryer, flat screen TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 2 hairdryers, bed linen, towels, portable fridge, beach umbrella, beach towels, 2 terraces with beautiful views, gas barbecue, patio, sun loungers by the pool, and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, blender, glasses, cups, coffee cups, tea and milk , bowls for breakfast, complete crockery, cutlery, pots, pans ...) The experience is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the pool area with sun loungers and relaxation corner, a garage for 3 cars, a children's playroom and ping-pong table, outdoor shower, bathroom and patio. On the first floor there is 1 living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), kitchen, laundry room and 2 terraces (one with views of the pool and another with views of the garden)
The house is located in a very quiet village with all services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, parks, green areas ...)
In its surroundings you can perform many activities in family and with friends.

Summary: 9 of us had a lovely holiday in Sari's beautiful villa. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool was a popular area to congregate, as the weather was very hot. The property was spotlessly clean and we much appreciated the welcome pack of fruit,water, biscuits and beer.There is a great local pub, Imanyo which sells great beer on draught, lovely food and shows all the sport. Also enjoyed the Karaoke night. Therer are 2nr restaurants within easy walking distance.There are also numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches within a 15min drive. We also played the local golf course in Rojales which was very enjoyable. All in all a lovely holiday spent in a lovely accomodation.

Summary: Picked Daya Nueva as we have some family friends in the town. It was a family groups with a mix of ages between 80-2. The house was lovely and suited us perfectly. It is clean and immaculately maintained and Sari was an excellent host. You would need a car as Daya Nueva is small but there are lovely beaches and restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Met by the owners who were extremely helpful with late arrival and departure times. The villa is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. Daya Nueva is a typical rural Spanish location but there is a bar in the next street with food, entertainment and plenty of cold beer that caters for the expats and holidaymakers. A car is essential if you are planning to use the villa as a base for trips out sightseeing, shopping and dining out etc. All the rooms are on the first floor as is the terrace at the rear of the property which is not overlooked and is a real sun trap which is perfect for sunbathing most of the day. There is a smart tv which has a satellite connection (Spanish) and we were able to download films / tv programmes etc onto a flash drive with our laptop for when we wanted a quiet relaxing evening in. The aircon system is a central one and works very very well although the construction of the villa with marble floors etc keeps the place cool generally and we didn't use it very much at all. All the windows have mosquito mesh across them which meant you could have your bedroom windows open and not be invaded by anything flying. When we ate in there were a wide range of utensils and equipment available to cook a meal and serve it up just like home. The best indication we can give you about the villa is that we will be returning again.

Summary: Love the village of Daya Nueva, House lovely couldn't fault it. Accommodated 9 of us comfortably, Sari was really responsive and helpful, arrived within 1 hour to provide us with a kettle, also asked someone to come within 15 mins of no hot water. Easily remedied, and no problem. Will definitely book again
