Positive: Great Hotel positioned in an ideal spot in Siem Reap city. The staff are very friendly and will always offer a smile when greeting them. The room was a great size, and the staff did an excellent job in cleaning the room - I always came back to a room looking immaculate. The breakfast was included with the room and had a good range to choose from.
Negative: The room was positioned close to the car park but was not an issue for me because I sleep well at night!
Summary: Very comfortable stay with a room that was clean and prepared very well each day by staff.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and the pool was clean
Negative: I asked for a double room with balcony we got a room Opposite a school,, the view was very poor I expected to be over the swimming pool. The hotel does need updating and the beds were uncomfortable as memory foam.
Summary: Overall a nice 1st time hotel but I would look elsewhere when I return to Cambodia

Positive: The room was quiet and comfortable. The fridge and the air conditioner was cold. And the breakfast is always great - the chef is always happy to meet you with a smile and cook your eggs just the way you want them!
