Summary: Feels like the hotel had chronic shortage of staff issue. Slow service. No one really told us we had to book shuttle service from airport to hotel ahead of time, had to call at airport and waited for 40 minutes for shuttle. We stayed another hotel near airport before, had no issue with shuttle. In fact, the shuttle driver from that previous hotel saw us standing there and felt bad for us, urged us to continue to call. We booked for a 3 people room, queen bed sofa-bed. When we entered, found out there was not bedding for the sofa-bed. They switched us to another room, it was fine.
