Summary: Hotspring was very nice. I didnt stay due to the skiing aspect. But they are well equipped for it. Great quality of food for their breakfast and supper buffets. The staff were very kind even though i dont speak a lot of japanese.

Summary: Rotennburo (outside hot spring pool) was excellent. It was fully booked and felt too busy. I would like stay again but try weekdays next time.

Summary: very big room friendly and helpful staff short walk to five colour lakes if you are climbing mount bandai take a taxi to the happodai entrance and book a return as most mobile phone don't work no public transport to from happodai and two hour walk to nearest bus stop hotel has shuttle bus to station and public buses stop there

Summary: Wonderful!! The onsen and breakfast were spectacular. Also walking distance to the five colored lakes. And the local bus stop is right at the hotel entrance. Very convenient
