Summary: The house was clean and bright. Linens were crisp. Towels smelled fresh. We had a wonderful stay, despite the initial surprise of not being on the water. We were quite disappointed due to the misleading nature of the property listing. There are photos of the backyard, followed immediately by photos of the beach. The listing shows the beach pictures and states, “beach view..steps to the beach.” The beach is a short walk down the road – but not what it appeared to be in terms of the listing. The other note would be to bring your own Bluetooth speakers. The antiquated receivers made it complicated for us to access music. We were not able to use the sound system for the duration of our stay. Rick was attentive and communicated wonderfully. Additionally, we were quite satisfied with the cleanliness.

Summary: This house was great. We were looking for a house that had a beach within walking distance. This house was that. There’s a beach about 2 minutes down the road. It was pretty rocky by the water but I had my kids wear their crocs and they were good. The only thing that was tough while having kids there was the spiral staircase to go downstairs. One, it was hard to get luggage down there. Two, it was super dangerous with the kids. The kitchen is also super small and there’s not much counter space for cutting/cooking. Other than that, it was a great stay. We loved the location and we have to say, the beach was our favorite part.
