Open airy mid-century modern with private dock located directly on Three-Mile Harbor. A truly magical location with expansive views, wonderful outdoor spaces and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Come home to a quiet and peaceful respite just minutes to ocean beaches, fine dining, shops, museums and everything the Hamptons has to offer.
INDOORS
The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings and lots of windows creating a bright, airy space filled with natural light. Water views from almost every room. The home features a Great Room with a fireplace and a separate indoor sitting area that overlooks the harbor. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Central air-conditioning with new ultra-violet air cleaner. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with water view. Laundry. Large and comfortable dining area.
Enjoy original works of art throughout the home; photography, paintings and sculpture. Connect to your favorite streaming services, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and more with the SMART TV or choose a movie from the 900+ DVD library. High Speed WiFi is accessible throughout the property. For those non-tech moments sharpen your flipper skills on the vintage Williams Fan-Tas-Tic pinball machine or put a music roll in the vintage Aeolian player piano. Lots of indoor and outdoor games to pass the time with family and friends. There’s plenty of space to play and relax.
OUTDOORS
This unique home features 115’ of private waterfront on Three-Mile Harbor. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding (SUP) or your favorite water sport from your very own dock just steps from the house. For your use are two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board. Afterwards, rinse off in a very cool custom outdoor shower. Bring your boat or charter a sunset cruise and embark from your dock.
Entertain, dine or just relax on the expansive waterside deck with spectacular open views. The spacious lawn is a dream for summer BBQ’s and lawn games (included). Gas and charcoal grills are provided. Pull up an Adirondack chair with your favorite book, soak up the sun on a chaise lounge, or simply relax in the gazebo under the shade of two majestic oaks. There’s plenty of outdoor spaces for relaxing, entertaining and playing. Pool installation expected Aug/Sept 2024. In the meantime, ask about our complimentary membership to East Hampton Village’s community pool and fitness center for the duration of your stay. (current rates do not reflect the availability of a pool). When night rolls around enjoy a cool breeze by the fire cauldron, seasoned firewood included. This ideal waterfront setting is a great place to bring together family and friends for a memorable time.

Summary: House is great for and worked perfectly for our family. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for water fun and Badmittion, bocce, and corn hold available as well. Tom is a great host and very quick to respond if there are any issues. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we came back.

Summary: The place was perfect for our family of 5 for a summer vacation. Loved the location and the outdoor amenities (kayaks, badmitten, cornhole). Tom was a great host and we would definitely go back. Rented a boat with Yacht Hampton, ate great meals at Lulus in Sag Harbor and Duryeas in Montauk and Wolffers Winery is very scenic and enjoyable.

Summary: The location of the house is truly special. The house sits facing a beautifully manicured yard and the harbor. From the kitchen and the den area, the sun comes in and glistens off the water. From the dock, it is very simple to put in kayaks and paddleboards. There are seating areas throughout the property for meals or just for reading a good book and enjoying the view. The photographs on vrbo are very accurate. The house itself has an open floor plan and is pristine. We were 4 adults, three generations. The house was the perfect size - grandpa in one bedroom, mom in one bedroom and the 2 adult children in the room with 2 twins. Tom is extremely responsive to any concerns or needs and is lovely. He met us at the house for check-in and made check-out very easy. We LOVED every minute of our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Summary: Delightful property offering animated views of boats coming and going from the marina. Mr. T is a gracious and attentive host. Easy access to town, Round Swamp Farm, Damark, Amagansett, and Cedar Point and all our favorite destinations. Lovely neighborhood for walking with just right number of hills to make it count.

Summary: The spacious and comfortable interior is complemented by a huge window showing the scenic Three Mile Harbor Bay. We were able to enjoy the view despite cold weather on the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was sparkling clean when we checked in and we appreciated the creative and original decoration combining professional photographs, paintings and retro touches like a player piano and pinball machine. The property manager Tom was super-responsive when we had questions. There were no problems to resolve,
