Summary: It looked just like the pictures. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The Property manager responded instantly when I contacted her, followed up on concerns and kept me well informed. Thanks for letting us use your home!

Summary: Pros: Quiet neighborhood Bedroom/Bathroom Setup was perfect for our family. Spacious House Pointers before checking and communication were great Cons: POOL - when we arrived you could not see the bottom of the pool, it was an awful algae color. They did contact me at 4:00 pm on day of arrival (check in time) and alerted us about it and pool guy was on his way. He did a treatment, and we were unable to swim for 6 hours. The next day was worse than the day before and the following day the same. On our last full day, the pool looked better at probably about 80% of where it should have been. This is the main option/necessity that we wanted when we looked at houses to rent with the 100 + temps and was the main dissatisfaction with the house. We have a pool at our own home and know what is entailed, we have never had this bad of an issue with ours when maintained regularly. No discount was even offered.

Summary: Our much needed family getaway was spent in a gorgeous, spacious, modern home! We had a fabulous time! The view was perfect. Beds were quite comfortable and the water pressure was a dream! We never could figure out the hot tub situation, but all in all, we were comfortable, safe and WE FINISHED THAT 5000 PIECE CHRISTMAS PUZZLE! Team effort. We are all very happy with our stay.
