Positive: The location was perfect especially for the Park and Ride to York. The kitchen was well-equipped and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent as was the hairdryer and hot water. Altogether a delightful place to stay. It was extremely convenient having the parade of shops opposite. All in all, excellent.
Negative: This is just being picky... There were plenty of mirrors but I missed a magnifying mirror to apply cosmetics and having somewhere to hang my clothes as there was no wardrobe or hangers, but I have to add there was an ironing board and iron.
Summary: Delightful cottage in excellent location.

Positive: Location was perfect. So easy to catch a bus straight into York with the two dogs….more or less a door to door service. The village has a great pub, Sunday lunch was fab. The bakery across the road was lovely, nothing beats fresh bread for breakfast. Middle Cottage was comfortable and clean, and nicely furnished, with everything you need. We will be back.
Negative: We thought that the glass shower screen was a bit of a hazard, next to the door…we covered it with a towel so we didn’t worry about bumping into it, especially at night.
Summary: We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Positive: Lovely little cottage. Everything we needed was there, even a small carton of milk and a selection of teas. So cosy, warm and the area was lovely. Bakery and shop opposite. Only 10-15 min drive into York.

Positive: This property is smack bang in the middle of a pretty little village called Dunnington, with a shop and bakery directly opposite which was very useful. Just a few minutes walk away are a couple of little eateries and a nice pub where you can get food. The property itself is spotlessly clean and really cosy - a lovely place to stay. Our host had left milk in the fridge for us, some tasty snacks, tea, coffee and sugar which was a welcome touch. I can't find fault with it, we were so happy with the cottage and location, it was perfect for us.
Negative: I cannot find fault with it.
Summary: Perfect, I highly recommend it.

Positive: Beautiful, stylish accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely welcome treats, even some for our dog. Supermarket and superb bakery just across the road and a pub a short walk away. The seating area at the back of the cottage is nice to sit out on.
Summary: Very comfortable stay
