Summary: Nicest house in the neighborhood. And the house was clean, well appointed, had comfortable beds, and was nicely updated throughout however, and this is no reflection on the house, it’s an up and coming neighborhood that’s still coming up. Being from out of state, and unfamiliar with the area, we were initially a little concerned, but ultimately had no reason to be. The 4 bedrooms were just what we were looking for and the price was right.

Summary: This property was just right for our recent trip into Green Bay. The prices in Appleton are half the cost and the drive into Green Bay isn’t bad. The property itself has everything that you would need. The beds we’re comfortable but do tend to move around while you’re sleeping. One issue we did have was keeping the basement at comfortable temp. Even with the provided space heater it was COLD. I personally think the extra bedroom upstairs would be better suited with a bed rather than couch and desk. But that’s just my opinion.

Summary: If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed home then you have found it! We stayed a week during the Thanksgiving holiday and a family wedding and we all slept really well and really enjoyed our home away from Arizona. The dogs loved it too. Mark is a great communicator and the best host we have had so far.

Summary: Nice house, neighbors across the street left trash in their yard and the yard where we stayed. They were loud all hours of the night especially Friday and Saturday, idling cars in front of the house and yelling loud enough to wake us. Several cars coming and going all hours of the day and night.

Summary: We stayed in Appleton for a wedding. We chose to rent a house to have more room to move around instead of a hotel. So happy with that choice! From the moment we entered the house, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The host left snacks! We each had our own room and no one had to sleep on a cot or sofa bed. The beds in each room were quite comfortable. The mints on the bedside tables were a nice touch. When I had to contact the host, the response was given quickly and that was on a Sunday! We were given many useful ideas for grocery, restaurants, and things to do. Mark made sure we had all the comforts of home! Should we ever return to the are, I’ll be sure to stay here again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. We flew in to attend a Packers game, and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for the snack basket! Conmunication with the host was easy and quick, I have no doubt if there were problems they would be handled quickly. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Summary: The place was very clean and thoughfully stocked with necessities and extras. We had everything we needed and then some. The gated yard was really useful for our two dogs and kids. The neighbors were also very friendly. I loved all of the different sleeping arrangement options, very useful with indecisive kids in a new place. The house was bright, happy, welcoming, and felt like home. The house is also conveniently located 5/10 minutes away from everything you may need. Highly recommend and will be back!
