SevenTwenty is a truly unique home located in an historic district near downtown Appleton. It boasts photo worthy designed spaces with loads of texture, color and atmosphere. Offering a fully stocked kitchen, 3 outdoor areas to unwind and relax, 4 cozy sleep inducing beds, and the best of modern and eco friendly amenities.
SevenTwenty features in-floor radiant heating, a modern Rumford fireplace, spit level AC units for exceptional all house cooling, luxurious linens, and super-comfy beds. We enjoy showcasing its cozy outdoor entertainment and living spaces, which include a front porch lounge, a private balcony off the Master and a large back yard with a Mid-century fireplace, cushy lawn furniture, Acorn smoker/grill and hot tub!
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you might need to cook a gourmet meal with a chef style gas range and convection oven, large island prep surface that seats four and an expandable dining table that seats eight. We encourage you to make the most of your stay by taking advantage of its well-equipped kitchen and engaging entertainment spaces. We offer a small variety of complimentary coffee, refreshments and treats from our favorite local purveyors.
SevenTwenty is safe and secure. The front and back doors feature keyless entry locks and you will find other safety features incorporated throughout. We've taken the liberty of clearly labeling safety features(first aid kit, fire extinguishers, safe) and other things to ensure your stay is as convenient and worry free as possible.
SevenTwenty has three bedrooms with four beds and a futon, two full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps eight with the capacity for 10. TVs in each room as well as the main living room are paired with streaming devices providing guests with free access to Netflix, Sling (live TV) and AppleTV. Along with a solid wi-fi signal you'll discover many USB equipped outlets throughout and a dedicated charging station in the kitchen. We provide a pack-and-play for those traveling with small children. Please let us know if there is anything else we can provide to make your stay more comfortable!
We are very deliberate in the choices we made for our consumables, right down to the rolls of treeless toilet paper. We have a goal of generating limited waste and it's the reason why you will find premium eco-friendly soap and lotion (in refillable hand pumps), cleaning and laundry supplies, personal care amenity kits and many other environmentally conscience products in and around the house. We know our guests will appreciate our conscience consumption approach and will help keep our volume of unnecessary waste to a minimum.

Summary: Our group had an amazing stay at 720, owners were very kind made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. All of the details to ensure a great visit: robes and slip ons for the hot tub, fire wood ready to go in all fire places, local treats, cozy blankets and pillows for all sitting areas, comfortable beds, record player and records for dance parties, all kitchen supplies you could ever need, overall unique house beautifully decorated. Would recommend!!

Summary: Beautiful home with so much to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and then seating in the front porch area. The fire pit and hot tub were a perfect way to end our night. Summary: This is a beautifully renovated and maintained place! The owners paid attention to detail throughout and were very responsive. I had a hard time determining where I wanted to drink my coffee in the morning because of the multiple seating areas that each had their own charm. We were fairly busy visiting relatives while we were there, and I would have loved to stay another day or two just to hang out and enjoy the house! It was beautiful, comfortable and fun! So many nice touches. Thanks for the attention to detail and the shout outs to the local businesses Laurel and Alex. Loved it!

Summary: Four ladies turn 60! We had so much fun and many laughs. We loved this place! Also, appreciated the baked goods,coffee and beer. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit as well. Make sure to go check out Deja Vu for some great martinis.
