Summary: Overall the property was clean and nice. I will say, the train is quite loud. Kept us up at least 2 of our 3 nights. The yard needed to be cut front and back. The house was further from Winthrop campus than expected. One bathroom and the shower was not draining.

Summary: This was my second stay. Nice and cozy. Quiet and lots of room. The kitchen is large and nicely stocked. The hosts sent the info for entry, quick communication.

Summary: A nice layout with 2 large bedrooms and a nice big kitchen. Hosts were great with communication. Stayed here 2 times. Very close to Winthrop and town.

Summary: We were in town for a volleyball tournament. This cute little house was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen had all the things we needed to prepare meals. We had a great stay and the convenience of the location was perfect!

Summary: Location ideal is you want to be close to sports complex. House just needs a little love. Touch up paint, clean the ceiling fans, cobwebs high in corners of ceilings, yard clean up. But overall a charming place to stay.
