Summary: The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. The location of the property was close enough to some eateries for an easy walk. This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at in our 20 years of renting homes for the summer. The property management agency contacted use before the stay to ensure emails were received. It was overall an excellent experience. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Summary: This house will always be my preferred choice when renting in Aptos/Capitola. It’s well worth the price. House is super clean and the view of the ocean is perfect. Can’t ask for a better place to stay.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The management company was informative and communicative. We didn't have a need to contact them during our stay, but they provided contact information, and we are confident they would have been of assistance if needed.

Summary: Beautiful home with beautiful views of Monterey Bay. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach using the Beachgate path. Sheets on the bed in the primary bedroom did not fit the bed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
