Positive: Directions and communication were great, we found it with no problems. It was clean.
Negative: It was described as a double and a twin, the double was great but the twin was effectively another double because the room was so small, so not great. Kitchen handles looked a mess and some of the pots/pans/oven trays need replacing
Summary: Great for 1 night but wouldn’t really want to stay longer if I need 3 beds

Positive: Fabulous location, walks from the front door, Lucy very helpful , kitchen had all we needed, lovely big shower,
Negative: Maybe instruction information for the TV, internal stairway was steep to climb (maybe just us!) found the handrail essential and very useful.

Positive: Lovely location , perfect for myself , girlfriend and the dog . Good size , shower really good , bed comfy.
Negative: Just needs a bit of updating and care , bins outside the front door not emptied, the garden out the front was a lovely view but had to get rid of a load of weeds to sit outside , broken chair just little touches to make it perfect , but was a lovely place really enjoyed and would stay again ..

Positive: Clean and cosy. Nice and warm on a cold day.
Negative: Check in was no good. The only information wad that keys were in a reception at the property. Obviously there's no reception area at a cottage so I guessed it was a lock box. So the day before my stay I messaged the property to ask them. No reply. Then predictably I turn up and there's a lock box. Bur I have no code for it. Now they know that mobile signal is not good but you have to call to get the code. Not a good experience. Other minor things that make a difference to people...only about a third of a toilet roll, no washing up liquid or scourers so you have to go out a buy some. Small things that could be easily improved.

Negative: only 2 beds (& rooms), whereby the website made it appear there was 3, ie a double bed and 2 singles, therefore 2 grown men had to share a double bed, not ideal!

Negative: Tired. Needs a thorough clean. Things need updating e.g bedding, towels, crockery. Missing stair treads. Dangerous laminate flooring in places. Limited instructions to work t.v, gas fire etc. Token outside furniture.
