Summary: The location was good and I like to bow hunt and they have good deer hunting in the area. My wife enjoyed her stay also, we went to a winery just a few miles away and enjoyed that also. We plan on going again next year.

Summary: Was such a roomy cabin with all of the comforts of home! Steve definitely thought of everything! We will definitely make this a yearly visit! The cabin itself was close to everything yet secluded for a private feel. I highly recommend a visit

Summary: We had a nice stay at the cabin. It was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. A screen in the sliding door was ripped so we did not open it. The small fridge was too cold and we had a hard time adjusting it so some of our food froze. But overall we would recommend this cabin. The area is very hilly and beautiful with lots of hiking trails. Some difficult to find.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here. So peacefully quiet, love the little welcome baskets. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Loved sitting on the deck enjoying the morning coffee or looking at the stars. It's great that the property is close enough to town it's not a hassle to run to the store, but it's remote enough to not be bothered.

Summary: We came to visit our son at SIU for a few days. This was a great option for bringing our little dog with us. We were very pleasantly surprised to see how well the wifi connection was as we both worked remotely during this time. The cabin was clean, comfortable and close to a residential area where we took several long walks. We also appreciated the air conditioning when the temperatures rose above 80.

Summary: Basicly the property was what we wanted but it turned out to have been infested with fleas . We got eaten up pretty good before we discovered the source . We enjoyed the area.
