Positive: Nice and clean, good location close to clubs and stuff on the main street.
Negative: Had to go through some small alleyways to get to the accommodation which could be dangerous at night. Some noise from the bar nearby.

Positive: The location is close to where I did business. it is also in convenient distance to order food online. My room faces a wall which is good for me as I can open the drapes without fear of anyone seeing inside the room.
Negative: I found out that there is red spot on the floor near the bed, behind the chair. I do not know if it is blood or not, but it is concerning because: 1) if it is blood, whose blood is it and why the management didn't clean it; 2) if it is not blood, it still shows that they don't clean the room really well.
Summary: it is an okay place to stay if you really need it.
