Positive: Staff , spcially at lounge area and also Customer Service Office Natasha who help us checked in , she was a wondersul lady who explain us all and gave us an comfortable check in , we were able to catch up on our dinner and were able to complete the booking formalities parallely
Negative: Internet connection , ther internet on tv was very very slow and got disconnected few times

Positive: The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses
