Modern stylish 1 bed flat in the middle of Raynes Park.
Very conveniently located with Sainsbury’s next door and Waitrose 3 mins walk away. Raynes Park station is 2 mins walk away - trains are every 4-6mins and take 19-21 mins to/from London Waterloo. Ideally located for Wimbledon Village and the Tennis Championships.
Flat has been recently furnished with excellent quality furnishings. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with an extra single mattress under the bed for separate sleeping.
Raynes Park is a prime location renowned for being a leafy London suburb, only one mile from Wimbledon, with its own centrally based mainline station offering excellent, fast and frequent railway links to Waterloo and central London.
The High Street in Raynes Park has a wide variety of local shops and businesses including hotel, supermarket, coffee shops and gyms. It has a great local community feel. It is situated very close to the A3 with easy vehicular access to the M25, major airports, London, Surrey and the South West.
We are lucky to have a wealth of different cuisines on our doorstep, from authentic Italian pizzas at Lime and Thyme to tasty sushi at Japanese Hashi, and some authentic Korean food at Gaya.
Please note that the flat is on the second floor so there are some stairs to climb - two flights in total so not a problem for most but unfortunately the property is not wheelchair accessible.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our time at Samantha’s place! It was such a nice retreat! The only thing I wish I had understood prior was that we were staying in zone 4 and most of the London attractions are in zone 1 & 2. I think the zone is mentioned in the description but I didn’t realize that we would have to travel so far to be able to see the London sites. (Not easy feat with a rail strike while we were there!)

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Raynes Park was a great location as we could walk to Wimbledon, an easy 40 minutes, to see the tournament for 2 days. The flat was perfect for 2, well thought out and supplied. There was even a converter plug from UK to US ( I forgot to bring one ) and a nice fan. There were good restaurants and grocery stores very near by. You did have to climb 2 narrow flights of thin stairs but not a problem for us. Highly recommended

Summary: The unit is very nice and situated near bus and rail as well as nice pubs. It is easy walking to Waitrose and a small Sainsbury is next door. Better than a hotel!

Summary: This was the most perfect place to stay! So close to Central London, lots of public transport available, plenty of things to do nearby and so many local restaurants and places to eat! The flat itself is very spacious yet cosy, everything was working perfectly. Samantha was the best host ever, always quick to respond to any queries we had and she even provided groceries for when we checked in! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Summary: Amazing flat with everything you might need, well appointed and comfortable. Excellent location for quick grocery, dining and multiple options for public transportation. Remarkable owners who are tremendously thoughtful, organized and easy to work with. Excellent breeze through, view of sunset from kitchen and master bedroom. Great kitchen appliances. Contemporary bath with soaking tub and excellent water pressure in the shower! Peaceful, professional space for work or leisure.
