Summary: The building and area is very nice. Issues with the TV and having to set up by downloading a site and setting up an account, which was not easy and the TV only worked for a short time. WIFI can only be used by your hot spot on your own device. Parking in garage is 30 daily unless you download another site and set up another account.No coffee maker, papertowel or toliet paper or cleaning supplies. Hopefully this is a new rental and just getting set up.

Summary: The VRBO location is good, convenient to DC, and matched photos. It is minimally furnished. No tables or chairs, no nightstands, and minimal lighting. The only lighting in the bedroom is a small desk lamp on a mini dresser. If you plan on eating in, working, or even getting ready for an event it's going to be hard. The bed had a bottom sheet and a comforter only. There was no spare bedding. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There were no cleaning supplies beside hand/dish soap and a swiffer with a dirty pad.The front door does not lock from the outside. When you are inside you can deadbolt the door, but when you leave there is no way to secure it. No true Wifi. For internet we had to connect a phone to the Xfinity network, and then use that to create a mobile hotspot for the TV to work.The garage costs 15 overnight, and there are few spots. If you leave during the day expect to pay 30. The host was communicative and punctual and worked with our schedule. In retrospect, I would have paid more for a better furnished VRBO with a better parking situation.

Summary: Very nice for traveling for work. Modern and new. The apartment needs some things including a trash can for the kitchen, a small dining table to eat and/or work. You have to pay for wifi access and that was not clear in the listing.

Summary: Nice property, convenient location. Could not get the TV to work properly but it is likely my lack of technical ability. The apartment had everything needed except a trash can in the kitchen. Only one was small bathroom trash can.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was immaculately clean and the location was good, near transportation corridors. The in unit washer and dryer and on site gym were great amenities.

Summary: Host was easy to helpful. Very impressive apartment building, secure and safe. Unit needs a table to eat on and there was no silverware but we had a folding table and plenty plastic ware. The sofa wasn’t a sleep sofa for three person but was very comfortable for watching television.

Summary: Great vacation in DC and Alexandria. Uber into the city was usually $20. Apartment was nice. We had everything we needed there for 4 days. Staff and residence were super friendly. Building is pet friendly and there are lots of them. Great for us as we are animal lovers.

Summary: very nice stay! place was very pretty (decorated nicely and clean)! host was super nice and explained well and super patient with all of our questions. the area location and amenities were great as well! i would definitely recommend staying!
