Positive: Rooms very well thought through and equipped. Loved the welcome pack with fresh eggs etc.
Negative: There was quite a lot of vehicles scattered around the site making the Farm seem a bit urban. Clearer parking area would be good

Positive: Karen and family go the extra mile to make sure your arrival is fully catered for with fresh farm eggs, milk and all other essentials provided. Most importantly, this time there was an electric fan to cope with the extreme heatwave. The pond with ducks, peacocks and other poultry were also a great attraction for the grandchildren.

Positive: The holiday apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped - we particularly liked the kitchen area with supplies for our first morning's breakfast. The views and surrounding meadows with duck pond were gorgeous, and it was an easy 5 minute drive into Brackley.
Negative: The peacocks are very pretty but we could have done without their early-morning wakeup calls!
Summary: Perfect base for attending a family wedding - have already recommended to family and friends.
