Summary: Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive

Summary: We booked this stay so we could be close to the Falls and not too far from Toronto for our TS concert. It exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, had welcome brochures, kitchen snacks and put a lot of thought into what guests would need during their stay. The location was in a nice neighborhood. We grocery shopped at near by Food Basics & cooked breakfast every morning. We fed the seagulls & ducks at Forty Mile park.
