Summary: Could not connect to Wifi. Couldn’t get into room with keys. Staff had to come up several times to open room door. TV was hard to start. Cable box seemed not to respond promptly. Toilet rim had rust stains. No complementary coffee. Not interested in making coffee in a room with powdered milk. Carpet freshener is quite strong. Beds were comfortable

Summary: We loved this place. The people working were incredibly friendly. The pool was warm. The beds were super comfy. Room was huge. Loved the jacuzzi bath. Only thing was that the bar shut at 9pm on a Friday night!

Summary: This hotel had unique architecture inside the lobby. Check-in was great, and personnel was friendly.Our stay was only for one night and we had everything we needed. The hotel was conveniently located.

Summary: Bathroom lights did not work. This was rectified. Could not get the coffee maker to work. Should have more electrical outlets for computer, chargers etc Wouldbe nice if breakfast was included.

Summary: The bathroom light burned out in the middle of the night and we use the bathroom in the night. The coffee machine cord was not easily accessible, we had to move the fridge to plug in the coffee maker.

Summary: The suite was big, bathroom was nice and clean. The pool was nice, lots of eatery right across the street. Nice restaurant in hotel. Free parking, it was a nice hotel.

Summary: Super staff ! great hotel. We stay a couple of times a month to be close to family and it’s very clean with a great pool for swimming. Definitely be coming back again.

Summary: The first room was too warm for us so the service desk assigned us a different room. It was better and they also provided us with fans to ensure we had comfort. We had a good stay and the lady at checkout took pics for us on the beautiful staircase.

Summary: Big room. Drab. Musty smell in halls. Could not cool room down. Wallpaper peeling. Clearly needs paint, new carpets, a renovation. Restaurant not open for breakfast.
