Summary: Check-in was effortless. Communication with property manager was clear, helpful and timely. Lovely house and property. Spent quite a bit of time out on the deck. Vineyards nearby, as was the city of Kingston. Supermarket was a five-minute drive from the house. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and rented the property. Little did we know that the Hudson rail trail was right behind us!! We had a great walk and enjoyed the property so much. Was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!!

Summary: The home is great. Location is right off the bridge which worked for us due to the reason we were there. Only complaint is that the beds were a little stiff but i understand that is a personal preference.

Summary: What a great place to stay. Quiet area next to anything you need. The house is beautiful and has everything. We will be staying here when we come back to NY for sure.

Summary: My sister was having an engagement party and the venue was close to the house we rented. Great space for relaxing with our family and having family breakfast.

Summary: This property was exactly as pictured. Check in/out were a breeze. Property manager was responsive (incorrectly booked check in date) Washer and dryer available in the basement. Neighbor plowed driveway while we were there. Would recommend adding a snow shovel or have someone clean off back porch/steps during storms. Storm door on the back entrance is too small and would swing in the wind. The location was very convenient with a gas station and Dunkin’ Donuts in walking distance. Only reason cleaning was given four stars was due to floors being very dusty and was obvious cleaner only used a squeegee broom in high traffic areas. TV entertainment stand also obviously not dusted. Will definitely book again to visit family.

Summary: Everything about this property was just as the listing indicated. We had a fantastic time! We utilized the kitchen to make meals and it had everything we needed to do so. We would definitely be interested in coming back.
