Newly renovated Village Green quad with open floor plan. Every room has been updated with new flooring, fresh paint and amenities. Covered front porch with seating and ceiling fan. Outdoor eating area with picnic table and grill, as well as an outdoor shower. Access to large outdoor closet for your personal use. When you enter the house, you are welcomed by cathedral ceilings and a open living room/kitchen area. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, that doubles as a queen size sleeper, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath. The second bedroom includes two full size beds. There is a newly renovated hall bath and brand new washer and dryer. We can recommend a service for towels and linens as we do not provide them. All towels and linens are provided by the renter. The Lobster House, Lucky Bones, C-View Inn, Wawa and the scenic harbor, as well as the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.

Summary: Great for us. Clean, updated, amenities as described. Only one tiny glitch--couldn't get outside shower to work but no big deal. Located in a suburban 'hood--would prefer close to beach but no way to know on VRBO until you've made the decision/paid. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is our second time renting from Bobby and we had another fabulous stay! Bobby is responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for the kids but close enough to the beach and many restaurants. We rent a golf cart to get around. We would definitely rent again!

Summary: This home provided everything you could need in Cape May except for the sunshine! Luckily the house has a big enough kitchen table for our rainy day games and a great covered porch to sit outside and watch the rain fall. Also loved using the outdoor shower upon our return from the beach. Please note, linens are not provided but there is a washer and dryer and the kitchen is very well appointed. Location was close to most things we did and parking was not an issue. (5 stars)
