3 Bedroom House in Ellijay

Drive up a well-maintained road (any car can make it!) to our home away from home. Start your morning with a cup of coffee in the rocking chair with a view to inspire you. Find your peace on 30 acres of private forest--or drive to the nearby orchards (10min), vineyards (15min), trails (20min), and the quaint towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge (25min, 35min). Then enjoy the distant sound of Ralston Creek as you cozy up by the outdoor fireplace. And at the end of the day, fall asleep watching fireflies dance over the silhouette of Stover Mountain.
Accompanying the private bedrooms is a large loft--a living space unto itself, complete with TV, sofa, mini fridge, and double bed. If you have to make that last-minute virtual meeting, we have true high speed internet (Starlink). Laundry available, hot tub, gas grill outside and gas stove inside. Outdoor fireplace is wood burning (we'll leave a starter stack), but inside you can just click a button and warm up with the gas fireplace.
This is my home away from home, and I hope that it can be that for you too! My family has poured a lot of love into making this place beautiful, inviting, relaxing, and carefree.
A few notes:
- This is a rural area, which I assume is what you're looking for! That said, while the house has regular pest control, being in the woods means there will be all sorts of wildlife!
- As shown in the photos, the stairs to the loft are somewhat steep. So care is required with younger children (and adults too!)
- The road in might be intimidating, but rest assured it's regularly traversed by the smallest of sedans. Just take your time; it's a short stretch!

Summary: Such a lovely property: beautiful, clean, private, and thoughtfully appointed! From the mountain views to comfortable furnishings to luxurious hot tub on the spacious deck with outdoor fireplace, everything was perfect for our relaxing time away. Summary: If you are looking for a more rural getaway, this is it! The house is meticulously maintained and has everything you could ever need. The surrounding property is beautiful. Our visit happened to coincide with Hurricane Helene and we lost power twice but it was turned back on very quickly and the host was extremely communicative both in advance of the trip and during.
