The space
Featuring 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes and drinks, and a large living and dining area overlooking the spacious pool and ocean views. You will enjoy the stunning view over the ocean at any time of the day!
4 of the 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms featuring luxurious rainforest showers and bathtubs with ocean views for you to enjoy. Large sliding glass doors enable an ocean view to wake up in the morning, thereโs no better way to wake up!
Another relaxing area is located outside next to the pool, giving you space to relax or enjoy a drink in the evening. You will love the atmosphere here. It's a safe and comfortable place to spend quality time with your loved ones.
The staff members will make sure everything is suited to your wishes and needs during your stay. The staff will come daily to clean the villa and the manager on site will assist you with all requests and questions that might arise during your stay. He can organize car/scooter rentals, laundry services, massages and much more. Please donโt hesitate to contact him.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we canโt promise it is subject to the villa availability.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 โ 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa . Should you wish to dine in the villa, the villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast / lunch/ or dinner, at total grocery cost + cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : Towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up
- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, any additional person will be charged USD25/night/person. Extrabed is not available at the villa, the extra person would be using the existing bed.

**This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.**
