This beautiful home is located in the Garden district in walking distance to Tulane University and very close to the French Quarters and Central Business District. The home is securely gated and you will have access to free parking in side the secure gate.
No smoking inside the house, no pets allowed, no parties allowed.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. No shoes worn on carpet area. No house parties. No bikes are skates/hoover boards in the house.
Do not disable outside recording device. However, you can unplug inside cameras upon check-in. Please plug cameras back in once check-out.

Summary: Great home for large families. Very cool decor. Great location for walking. Every bed is large and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: Very well located home, easy in/out access with an alarm system so feels very safe. Good space and nice for large groups but needs some improvements to make it more conducive to cooking/entertaining. There weren’t any serving pieces. low ball cocktail glasses, placemats or cloth napkins. Nor was there a large cutting board, only 3 smallish ones. In addition, the wall oven doesn’t work and it is difficult to use the microwave beyond heating for 30 seconds as there is no time that displays on the screen. The owner/manager was kind and responsive and recognized that they knew there was trouble with the wall oven…. a problem since we rented for Thanksgiving and we were hosting for our group. These few things would really make a tremendous difference. A couple housekeeping things: There were light bulbs that were out in a couple lamps and should be replaced..All towels were worn for wear and should be replaced as well as some very uncomfortable pillows. In spite of these things, it was a wonderful time in a fabulous city.

Summary: This was a great location for my friends and I to stay at while in town for s wedding. Beautiful, spacious house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Starbucks was only a 6 min walk away too. Would recommend staying here

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The pictures don't do this house justice, it's gorgeous and very spacious. We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, with lovely furnishings and clear instructions for everything you need to know. Communication with the owner and Check-in/out were very easy. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: While we didn’t actually spend a lot of time at the house due to numerous planned activities it was a great place to come home to at the end of a long day. Very clean and safe. I would highly recommend.
