Positive: This is a beautiful private property with 2 double bedrooms, shower room, living room, laundry room, garden and a fully equipped kitchen. It has free private parking as well as street parking. Everything is nicely decorated and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. 5mins drive from Venice Beach and 10/15mins drive from Santa Monica pier so very convenient location. Neal is a great host and sent me all the instructions for checking in prior to arrival. I also received all instructions on departure. Neal was available to answer any of my questions and advise me on visits if I had wanted to. We had a great stay and felt really at home.
