Positive: It was the perfect size for 2 people with all the amenities you may need with a nice garden area to soak up the sun. It’s also in a nice area and close to venice beach and santa monica pier which was nice. A nice selection of restaurants and stores nearby too.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The location was great, the neighbourhood felt very safe and was a short distance to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The room was perfect size for just one person but might feel a bit small for 2 people.

Positive: Very cute, efficiently laid out and modern space that has everything needed for a short stay. Bed was comfy, parking on the street was easy, instructions were clear and the host was responsive. I enjoyed having a view of “nature” out the window, even if it was only astroturf 😉 I felt it was a good value for the location and modernness, and would likely stay again.
Negative: I didn’t realize from the listing that there are other units on the property quite close by—including another studio sharing a wall. The sound carries between them. I needed earplugs and eye mask at night (it is LA with random sirens and drunk people arguing at 3am, etc in addition to close neighbors). Not a big deal but worth noting.
