Positive: The location was good for us for where we needed to be. It was nice to have something large enough for two small families in one place. The house was spacious and having two bathrooms was nice.
Negative: We've stayed at many rental locations in other cities and even though the location was great, this was not on par with them. There was not any one thing, but more a series of little things: ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, a loose kitchen faucet, a loose shower door, not quite the collection of utensils we would have preferred, no bath soap- only small bars, spices but not a bit of salt, wimpy pillows, not as many blankets as we would have liked, and a dirty water filter container in the fridge when we arrived.
Summary: A spacious house in a great location for us, but with a handful of minor issues.

Positive: Enjoyed the location. Close to Highland Park, Mt Hope Cemetery, Fairport for a walk along the Erie Canal. Enjoyed local eateries..The Original Steve’s, Durf’s, and Leo’s Bakery. The house was very clean. What you see in the pictures, is how we found it. Beds were comfortable. Ivan and Nalissa were great hostesses. We would definitely stay there again if in the area .
Negative: The street is very busy at times and getting out of the driveway posed a problem but nothing against the property owners
