Set on the outskirts of town, below Malaspina castle, this property is ideal for all year round use due to its air con and warm air heaters.
Located in a residential area just a moments walk from the main cobbled thoroughfare of old Bosa town, this town house, on 3 floors, is in an ideal position to get the best from the town without being noisy.
With its entrance to the rear, away from the street, and all balconies facing the same way, the terrace at ground floor level has outdoor furniture and lighting so you can enjoy some al fresco dining.
It is from here you enter the property. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a balcony, large enough for a couple of chairs, the large windows allowing the sunlight to flood in. The lovely beach at Bosa Marina is a level, 25 minute walk following the course of the river Temo.
The entrance is into the light and airy kitchen/diner/lounge area. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, having fridge, electric hob and oven, dish washer, microwave and washing machine.
There is an extendable dining table easily accommodating 6 people and a comfortable leather settee plus wicker chairs to relax in. There is also a flat screen TV and PS2/DVD here to keep the kids quiet. Granite topped steps lead you to the first floor and the twin bedroom. Nestled behind a small wall there are also bunk beds here but you would not see them if you didn’t look for them! There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. The spacious double bedroom can be found on the second floor with another bathroom with shower. There is more than ample storage space in the bedrooms. Plus there are air con/warm air units on all floors so this property really is ideal for all year round use.

Summary: Pleasant well equipped house. However the view of the concrete car park was an added extra we weren’t expecting! David was very helpful in getting the WiFi working again after the storms. Air con instructions could do with an overhaul as nowhere did it mention pressing the electricity boost button to get it working, which in high heat and humidity was a must! Overall not a bad place and Bosa and Alghero were lovely.

Summary: Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Bosa. The house was clean and very comfortable. It was well furnished and had all the facilities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, which is not always the case in holiday houses; we enjoyed cooking for ourselves (using the lovely local produce) as well as eating out! I would also include your own wine and honey as "lovely local produce"....very nice!! The information you provided in the house was very useful. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Summary: Four of us stayed in Bella Bosa for a week to attend a wedding in Sardinia. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The rooms were spacious and both bedrooms had comfortable beds and lots of wardrobe space. We enjoyed the terrace and ate breakfast there every morning. The weather was very hot and we were so grateful for the air-conditioning. the house is tucked away down a quiet lane with lovely views of the castle and only a few minutes walk from the old part of the town and lots of restaurants! Bosa is a charming old town with cobbled streets and a square with cafes. The market was excellent and the castle well worth a visit for the wonderful views, despite the steep walk. The beach resort of Bosa Marina is a short distance away and the the beach is lovley with clean sand and sun beds and umbrellas for hire We all agreed that the house was quite a find, and we would be very happy to stay there again - and probably will! We had a great holiday.

Summary: Four of us stayed at Bella Bosa in the first week of July while we attended a wedding. On arrival, following the excellent instructions, we found the property with no problem. It was clean, tidy and was very impressive. Everything was as described, in fact it was better than described. The information booklet in the property was fantastic, with details of everything in the area, from beaches to restaurants to markets and attractions. The only problem we did have was with the air conditioning because the fuse for the system was not on. However once we had sussed this, the system was very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bella Bosa to anyone wishing to stay in the delightful unspoilt town. The main street with all the restaurants on it was a 4 minute walk from the villa and a pleasant 20 minute walk takes you up to the castle where the views are worth the walk. The bar just outside the castle walls also serves very good coffee. There is an excellent restaurant just at the the point of the bridge but I can't remember the name and also the Restaurant Borgo S.Ignazio which was extremely pleasant. The stay was wonderful, the villa was in a great convenient location and we will make a return visit....Enjoy!
