Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Bosa in this house. The surrounding is very nice and the neighborhood as well. The communication with Federico via WhatsApp was perfect and fast, we got recommendations in Bosa as well. Thank you very much 🙏

Summary: Federico's house is very charming and modernised in an elegant way. It's right in the old part of Bosa in a small street full of plants in front of the houses. The rooms are seperated on three floors and you have to climb up high stairs to get from the kitchen to the last bedroom.

Summary: Lovely little place in a perfect location! We enjoyed our stay very much :) Federico helped us with all our questions. Loved the old house and the little alley, like in an Italian Movie. One two minutes by foot from all the nice places in bosa. The beds could be a bit softer and nicer and parking is a few steps away.

Summary: We have been "fans" of Bosa for about 15 years, but now - after lots of short trips - we spent our first long term holiday there. We lived in Federico's house with our two kids for almost three weeks. It is a typical Bosa house, very narrow, with steep stairs and old furniture. If you're looking for a typical holiday home, like the ones rented by agencies, then go look somewhere else. Federico's house has a special atmosphere, and after getting used to its flaws and impractical sides, we felt very comfortable and "at home" there, especially on the roof terrace. In the old town the nights can get very loud and lively in July and August, but we enjoyed being part of real Bosa life. It's also a good spot to reach all the beaches or the nice mountain villages like Modolo and Cuglieri. We have also made day trips to Alghero and Cagliari. So we can definitely recommend the house to anybody who wants to have a special Sardinia holiday. The children shouldn't be too small though, otherwise the stairs will give you nightmares... Thanks a lot to Federico and Katia for the great communication and hospitality.

Summary: We had a great time in Bosa in Frederico's house. The location is in the middle of Bosa with a nice view from to terrace to the Castle. Be aware the stairs are steep and looong in the house. So make sure not to forget anything in the kitchen when you eat on the roof terrace. The house was cosy and clean. We enjoyed the time in the house very much and we can recommend to stay here!

Summary: This old town house is right in the hear of the ancient town of Bosa, within a very short stroll to lovely local sights, great bars and excellent restaurants. In fact, the road the house is located on is something of a tourist attraction itself, being cobbled and with many old and attractive buildings. The house itself is simply, but perfectly adequately, equipped and is very clean and well presented. The owner is very friendly, quick to reply to questions and keen to make sure that everything is how it should be. As others have mentioned, there are VERY steep stairs between the floors and dining on the lovely roof terrace is a challenge as everything must be carried up and down those stairs. The view of the castle from there though is well worth the effort. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend the house to anyone sufficiently fit to manage those stairs.
