Summary: My interaction with the owner went very well and he was able to meet our special needs for the group. Then I don't know what happened, We could not use the tv pretty much the whole time we were there. Mr. Snow tried to help and his brother even came over to assist, but then the next day we had trouble again. Then he sent over someone else, but we were out to dinner and weren't notifed in time. I tried to talk in person to Mr. Snow about some other issue and never received a reply. When you have a rental, you should be able to talk in person about any concerns you have. Texting back and forth is not a good way to communicate.

Summary: Frankly the outside is not really attractive. However, once you walk through the door you are met with a very impressive remodel. The kitchen is functional in every way. All the appliances worked exactly as they should. Several types of coffee makers are available - French press, Kurig style and the traditional filter type. A timer and frother were nice touches. The front living area, the dining area are comfortable with some very neat pictures on the the walls that mesmerized our grandchildren. The bison in the dining area was especially impressive. There is a loft area with two beds, with a sitting area that was great for morning reading. The fully finished basement was a hit! It was comfortable for all and especially fun for the little ones who were also enchanted with the arcade style video game. There is even a full kitchen in the basement area. This home was perfect for our extended family including babies and small ones. Also, it is a short walk from an elementary school that was fun for our little ones. The host William, was very helpful with initial questions we had about the home and checked in with us to make sure all was well. Very enjoyable experience, would definitely stay again!
