Adam and Eve Residence House Rules: Parking: A parking space is reserved for you inside. Please inform your visitors to park in the outside parking. Wifi: The residence has Wifi. Access is available with the code provided by the managers. Key Set: A key set is provided for each room with a gate remote. At the end of the stay, return the key set to the reception with the exact number of keys given at the beginning of the stay. Immediately close the gate after your entry or exit. Inventory: An inventory will be made in the presence of the tenant before taking possession of the premises. At the end of the stay, a new report will be made. Any lost, damaged, or misplaced objects will be invoiced. Deposits: A credit card imprint is required upon arrival to guarantee the deposit and additional services, as well as a copy of your passports. Visitors and Pets: Management's approval is imperative to receive additional visitors for events and bring pets. Barbecue, Food, Drinks: The use of barbecue and other grilling devices is strictly prohibited in rooms and throughout the establishment.
