Summary: Immediately upon waking into our room it felt very muggy inside. We had to keep the AC on most of the time in order for it not to feel that way. The toilet had stains inside the bowl, like no one has been cleaning it properly. The bathtub had a soap leak all inside running down because of the shampoo / soap dispensers on the wall. The pillows were not great nor the beds kind of uncomfortable usually hotel beds are my great for me.

Summary: So many disappointments. It took over 15 minutes to check in. The Front desk clerk should be trained to NEVER say your room number out loud, especially when you are a single female and there is a stranger in line behind you. He ended up having the room across the hall from me, even though the occupancy was very low (I asked). Everything is outdated. TVs are old and do not work. You only get two bath towels. The coffee maker did not have cups and was filthy (hair, built-up dirt, etc.) The furniture was put together wrong (the drawer wouldn’t shut). I called down to the lobby to address my concerns, but it went to an answering service, and I was told to leave a message (it was 8:00 pm), and I never received a call back. I was not advised there was a breakfast bar, and I wish I hadn’t stumbled upon it. When I was there, it only had cold tater tots, hard pancakes, and a meager choice of bread and cereals. For the price of $150, I was shocked by the condition of the property. Go to Yorkville for your hotel and stay with a trusted chain.

Summary: Very misleading for the price. I paid $325 for two nights and couldn’t check in until 4pm. We arrived at 3pm, were told our room was ready, but they wanted to charge $20 for the extra hour. We had a room with two queen beds, yet there were only two bath towels provided. The coffee was stale and lukewarm, and the “continental breakfast” was just cheap items—oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. The room looked like it had only been given a quick coat of paint. The large convention center felt deserted, and the bar/restaurant shown on the website wasn’t open at all. There is no actual bar or restaurant on site. The “fitness center” is just a narrow room with three machines. The place itself has a lot of potential, but until it actually offers the amenities shown online, they should charge less. Right now, you’re basically paying for a place to sleep and a cheap breakfast.

Summary: The facility met our basic needs. Unfortunately the restaurant is now closed, so no food services availale, no morning breakfast, they don't even have ice machines available. The other down side is the facility does not have ducted air conditioning so the lobby and the hallways are warm and uncomfortable.

Summary: The hotel room was uncomfortably hot, and the beds were not great—you could feel the springs. We also found leftover trash in the room, including empty wine bottles, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Unfortunately, due to the room conditions, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
