Positive: The location near Luquillo beach (and a big grocery story, Amigo, less than 5 minutes away across the street) and the nearly 360-degree views of beaches, water, and mountains.
Negative: The window in 1 bedroom leaked, and there was a lot of water on the floor after a rainstorm. The stove was beeping and couldn't be fully fixed, although they stopped the beeping. One of the air conditioning units was incredibly loud. No way to sleep with it on in that room. And that's the room where the water came in. When it was time to leave from the airport, the elevator wasn't working suddenly on our floor, so someone was nice enough to carry my heavy suitcase down 1 flight of stairs to get the elevator 1 floor down. The hosts left no instructions about how to access Netflix, etc. The only instructions were how to turn the TV on and off. They weren't great about responding quickly to the problems.
Summary: The location and views were great for a beach stay, but the unit itself needs some repair.

Positive: the view was exceptional, everything inside the apartment it was clean, very spacious, washer and dryer inside the apartment that’s a plus.
Negative: everything was good

Positive: Our condo was completely furnished; washer/dryers, beach towels, bath towels, dishes, glasses, flatware, toaster, even some spices. We liked the a/c units in each bedroom and the excellent ventilation in the main room. We loved the location right off the beach and everyone was very friendly and welcoming
Negative: The master bed was uncomfortable and probably needs to be replaced. The master bathroom fixtures were odd. You couldn't really wash your face over the basin due to the cabinets that overhung the sink. Additionally, the toilet was so close to the cabinet that it made use uncomfortable. I can't imagine anything can be done about that.
