Summary: Was good except needed a little upkeep: 2 clean bathrooms but 1 toilet wouldn’t flush, no hand soap, some residual black dog hair on bedroom floor, a broken cabinet hinge on door in kitchen, no central heat but fireplace in living room is a heater so front area of house warm but 2 bedrooms chilly at night. Otherwise very cute fairly well appointed little house.

Summary: We found this little house to be the perfect size for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and baths were nice! Enjoyed the aquarium passes! A quiet neighborhood and it didn't take long to get to the many places we wanted to go! It was Christmas week, so I can understand the lack of responses to questions but it would have been nice to have better communication and the one replacement lightbulb we requested upon arrival. The heating situation worked out well, but we were a little concerned upon arrival, perhaps more clarity on the heating that is included in the stay.

Summary: My family stayed here for a few nights with our 2 dogs and had a great time. The location is close to many fun attractions like ice skating and beautiful towns. Also, since we took our dogs to a nearby park our girls had a blast playing at the playground. It's in a neighborhood close to parks, stores, gas stations, etc. Also, I loved the artwork and light-color decor. Going to the Aquarium was lots of fun too.

Summary: This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow was updated/remodeled and quite comfortable. Great coffee maker! Mattresses seemed relatively new (always a bonus!) Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. The only not so ideal things were that the exterior patio was quite dirty, the trash barrels were fully covered in cobwebs, wasp nests and spiders. And the welcome notebook wasn't all that "welcoming". We had hoped for a few restaurant suggestions, tips on where the local market was. Instead there was a 6-7 page "inventory" list, which was intimidating because at least 50% of those items were NO LONGER inside the home. With a cleaner exterior and an updated, helpful welcome book, we'd have given 5 stars.

Summary: The house met our needs, but I did not feel safe walking the neighborhood alone. I felt trapped in the house. Upon our arrival, the neighbor across the street shouted, "Hi Renter. You need to back into the driveway. Look at the sign" He then planted himself in a chair a watched as my husband navigated the difficult the enter driveway. BY THE WAY - it is obviously easier to get out of the driveway, when you park head in first. The neighbors car is in direct shot of backing out. He will watch you. The two day later, I was walking our dog to the park one black over and was completely harrassed and yelled at by a very angry man. He accussed me of not picking up my dogs poop from across the street. I told him that my dag has not pooped, that I was on my way to the park with her STROLLER, and told him to come over to where I was and look for himself. He then followed me, yelling at me, threatening to call the police. I told him to "Please do so, for I feel threatened and would like to file a complaint" When I got back to the house, my husband was very upset to hear what I went through with this altercation. He went to speak with the man, he was no where to be found, Just harassing me, a 65 year old women walking their little white dog. I felt so unsafe, not sure if he was going to hurt me, I am shaking writing this. BTW. This was 10 in the morning. Would I return to Seaside. NO WAY.
