Summary: The perfect place for gathering in a clean tastefully decorated house with 6 outdoor options for soaking in the views over Manitou Springs or enjoying the garden area. Fully equipped kitchen and sleeping areas. Pool table , sauna and exercise equipment . A hilly but short walk to downtown. Comfortable beds and bathrooms for us 8 women. Thanks.

Summary: This is an exceptionally well appointed and well decorated home with multiple living spaces, a gourmet custom kitchen that is fully equipped both for cooking and for entertaining. The home is close to town either to walk (if you want the 25 flights exercise!) or a short drive. Bedrooms all have new mattresses and bedding, each room impeccably furnished all with en suite bathrooms, robes too. All of our guests appreciated the location, amenities and the multiple living and dining areas to relax in- and this is before including the several outdoor areas on each level. The hosts are responsive and accommodating and we will definitely return on a next trip.
