Positive: The apartment was pretty spacious and had plenty of seating for us to watch movies. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to cook breakfast each day, and the location was absolutely perfect! The furniture, linens, etc were all in excellent condition as well. Check-in was super easy too.
Negative: The dining area was a bit cramped, and the layout was a bit odd. Wish the front room could have been utilized a little better with a bigger table maybe. The futon was also smaller than anticipated, so we ended up using the other couch for our 4th person.
Summary: Lovely apartment in the perfect location!

Positive: Clean, easy first fll9r access. Full kitchen closeness to area attractions.
Negative: When reserving through booking.com for June 24 to June 27 (3 nights) I was given a price of $317. After this the company sent a confirmation with a price of $633 for June 23 to 26 (3 nights) This includes base price of $325.10 (not $317) plus local tax of $24.36 (expected), and a damage protection fee o $78, and a cleaning service fee of $206 ( I did not see cleaner there until i was leaving. I washed and dried a few dishes i used swept any mess. Took garbage to the outside recepticle. And place all the linens. Includind bed linens in the hamper) the only cleaning needed would be a couple loads of laundry and to remake the bed, for a total of $633.36 nearly double the original quote. These extra costs were not disclosed at the time I booked. Within tem minutes of booking I contacted EVOLVE about these costs. The woman answering was rude and condescending, saying only that I could cancel the booking but the cost was nonrefundable. Also I would need to call booking.vom to dispute. These fees are tacked on by EVOLVE. Not Booking.com. I called them back after messaging booking.com got the same woman insisting the charges were by booking.com. I sent several messages to EVOLVE to resolving the overcharged or canceling. All I received was that I could contact the owner about early arrival.
Summary: Very poor service by the management service EVOLVE.
