Positive: The breakfast was superb and freshly cooked to order. Many healthy alternatives and homemade elements. The location was out of this world with fabulous views of the amphitheatre. The cottages were cosy The management and staff friendly and efficient
Negative: The evening meals were good but sometimes a bit disappointing in view of the cost of the accommodation. Meat and fish a little over cooked and veg undercooked. We only had two meals so this could have been bad luck but we were comparing with other stays in a similar area.

Positive: Beautiful setting, and very spacious and modern accommodations in the North Drakensberg. The cabin was well-appointed and very comfortable, and we loved all the little touches from cookies to heated floors in the bathrooms. Great food and breakfast options. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after long days of hikes. Our only wish was that we had time to stay here longer and enjoy the beautiful pool and grounds of the property.

Positive: Everything about the stay was perfect. Amazing location, wonderful staff and delicious food. We recommend doing the guided amphitheatre hike - we would have struggled to do this alone!
